We're excited to be nearing completion of a major redevelopment of Hurricane's Grill & Bar Surfers Paradise, after closing earlier this year due to damage from ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred.
Our refreshed Surfers Paradise restaurant will reopen from 5pm Saturday 30 August, with reimagined coastal-inspired interiors and new menu items to complement our classics.

30 BIG YEARS!
Time flies when you're busy grilling! 1 July 2025 officially marks 30 years since we opened our very first Hurricane's Grill & Bar in Bondi Beach, at the very same address we're serving up steaks and ribs today!
A dream-to-reality success story, Hurricane’s was started by Pauline & Tony Teixeira three decades ago. Today, we have restaurants in Top Ryde (2011), Surfers Paradise (2013), Narellan (2016) and Cronulla Beach (2023).
