fillet
The most tender cut, mild flavour. Also known as the Eye Fillet or Fillet of Tenderloin, is the leanest steak on the menu. It is best cooked blue, Rare or Medium Rare. Served with chips, baked potato, house slaw of you can upgrade to sweet potato chips or Garlic roasted potatoes.
Cut: 300g Grain-fed
Sirloin / NY Steak
Tender and full of flavour. A butter-tender piece of beef with a small rim of fat that served as the flavour carrier.
Best cooked: Medium Rare. Served with either your choice of chips, baked potato, House slaw or upgrade to sweet potato chips or garlic roasted potatoes.

Wagyu sirloin
Wagyu Sirloin is the most refined cut we have, which is very tender and full of flavour. Description: Refined marbling beef score 7+.
We recommend enjoying it Medium Rare or Medium.
Served with chips, Baked potato, house slaw or upgrade to sweet potato chips or Garlic roasted potatoes.

Tomahawk
The Tomahawk is simply an on-the-bone Rib Eye with most of the rib bone left intact. And it’s this 30cm bone that makes the cut so awe inspiring. Served Medium Rare to Medium with garlic roasted potatoes and onion rings.

RUMP
Firm and dense cut, you can expect a very juicy steak! It’s best cooked Medium Rare and enjoyed with baked potato or house slaw.
